Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund.


2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.


3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@myhavenher.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if defective/damaged).

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using the address provided.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.


5. 1-Year Product Guarantee

In addition to the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, all our products are covered by a 1-Year Guarantee against breakage or defects under normal use.

  • If your item breaks within one year, contact us with proof (photos and order number).

  • We will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

  • We will cover the return shipping for approved warranty claims.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Products showing signs of misuse, intentional damage, or alterations


7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, email us at info@myhavenher.com.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
