5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times (excluding 1–2 business days processing):

  • EU & UK: 5–8 business days

  • Australia: 7–10 business days

  • Canada: 7–10 business days

  • USA: 7–10 business days

Important:

  • These are estimates and we are not responsible for delays due to customs, courier issues, or other events beyond our control.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once an order has been forwarded to our fulfillment center, it can no longer be canceled.

6. Returns & Guarantees

We offer:

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

  • 1-Year Guarantee: If your item breaks under normal use within one year, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

Conditions:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging where possible.

  • Proof of purchase and photos of any defect/damage are required for warranty claims.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are sent to our fulfillment center. After that point, you will need to return the order once received.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or replacement/repair at our discretion.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or goodwill.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Varna, Bulgaria.
